What ingredients are in your Ancient Forest tea bath?
Our Ancient Forest tea bath contains:
- Organic Oats
- Hojicha Tea (helps relax, reduce stress, and lower anxiety)
- Moringa Leaves (powerful anti-aging properties)
- Centella Asiatica Leaves (natural skin tonic for acne, wounds, and burns)
- Moroccan Spearmint Tea
- Organic Jasmine Flowers (restores skin and balances moisture)
- Organic Cinnamon Bark
How do I use the Ancient Forest tea bath?
- Run your bath water to desired temperature.
- Cut the top off the bath blend package.
- Choose your strength: Our tea baths can be divided up to 4 times and resteeped.
- Pour the desired amount into the steeping bag.
- Tie the strings tightly to close the tea bag.
- Place a pot on a heat-resistant surface in your bathroom.
- Put the steeping bag in the pot and pour boiling water over it.
- Press down occasionally with a wooden spoon.
- Steep for 8-10 minutes with the bathroom door closed.
- Add the entire contents to your bathtub.
- Enjoy your tea sanctuary bath experience.
How long does one package last?
For our full sized tea baths, you can get up to 4 uses by dividing the bath blend.
For our regular size tea baths, you get 1 use per package.
What is the shelf life of your Ancient Forest tea bath?
Unopened: 2 years from manufacturing date.
After opening: Best used within 6 months.

Yes! Our tea bath blends are formulated with sensitive skin in mind. Our founder battled cystic acne for years, making gentle skincare her passion.

Yes! All our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We don't use any synthetic chemicals, fragrances, or essential oils. Our tea baths are 100% natural and handmade in Toronto.
