Job Overview

This role will take place from April 2024 to March 2025. You will work in-person, full time based out of our Toronto office from May to August 2024 and part-time the rest of the duration. As a Social Media and Marketing Analyst at Inoki Bathhouse, you'll have the opportunity to manage and grow our social media presence of over 90,000 followers on Instagram and 170,000 followers on TikTok. This role is not only about overseeing a massive platform, it's about making a significant impact, driving conversations around wellness and mental health, and engaging with a community that values relaxation and healing. Employment Requirements

1. Must be registered as a full-time post-secondary student from an accredited Canadian post-secondary institution and graduating no later than 2027

2. Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or refugee with protected status as defined by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

Experience
  • Has experience as a content creator and light video editing
  • Has past internship experience

Responsibilities

Social media

  • Oversee influencer marketing strategy, including identifying potential influencer partnerships and manage ongoing influencer relationships
  • Write copy for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
  • Support in marketing campaigns using various marketing channels (social media, email marketing, SEO) to promote product launches or promotions
    Partnership
  • Maintain relationships with several stakeholders to collaborate on social media and PR related projects

Customer Experience

  • Handle and resolve customer service email inquiries

Community Management

  • Foster Inoki’s online community by actively engaging with our audience across various social platforms

Skills/Success Factors

Passion for social media and strategy, with a track record for understanding social media content strategy


Familiar with Figma, strong design intuition (familiar with design theory best practices)


Strong sense of ownership and ability to operate independently: Although work is delegated through certain projects and tasks that need to be done, a portion of your workload will be self driven, involving actively suggesting ways to streamline our work processes or enhance areas of improvement.


Strong growth mindset and highly receptive to feedback: You must have the capacity for regular and heavy amounts of feedback. You’ll be a great fit if you want a depth of experience, as you’ll have the opportunity to be mentored by the founder, who has experience building a 7-figure business.


Highly detail-oriented and high standards for work quality: Whether it be creating a slides deck or sending an email to a prospective partner, you’ll have to be thorough and detail-oriented in every regard

You will be at the forefront of driving the retail strategy and optimizing operations to get us to the next stage of our business. Responsibilities

Project Management/Product

  • Work closely with a range of stakeholders to oversee every stage of product and packaging development
  • Utilize customer data and behaviours to shape product and packaging strategies

Retail Partnerships

  • Oversee all wholesale distribution channels and strategy (retail, trade show, marketplace, e-commerce, etc)
  • Conduct cold outreach calls to potential wholesale clients to introduce products and generate leads
  • Build and nurture relationships with retail partners, taking the lead in organizing and facilitating meetings to drive mutual success
  • Conduct research on the competitive landscape, leveraging insights to refine strategies for product-market fit and competitive positioning

Finances & Operations

  • Track, analyze, and report on the brand's profit and loss statements to provide key insights for strategic decision-making
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to align with monthly goals, optimizing processes and resource utilization

Analytics

  • Organize datasets on Excel and leverage data visualization tools to communicate valuable insight

Skills/Success Factors
