Job Overview
We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Founder, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to transform everyday bathing into a ritual of peace and mindfulness. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for content creation, social media strategy, and community building who is eager to make an impact in the wellness and beauty space. In this role, you'll manage the creation of compelling content, nurture our online community, and drive meaningful engagement through strategic social media campaigns and partnerships.
We’re seeking someone with a strong creative vision, a knack for storytelling and a strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Content Creation and Management
- Create and manage high-quality video and photo content for organic social channels. This includes setting up and using a bathtub or bath-related environment (candidates should provide a photo of their setup).
- Develop innovative and engaging content aligned with Inoki’s brand values and aesthetic.
- Oversee the content calendar, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment across platforms.
Community Engagement and Growth
- Manage and grow Inoki’s online community, fostering engagement and meaningful interactions with followers.
Social Media Strategy and Campaigns
- Design and execute creative social media campaigns to promote product launches and seasonal promotions.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Influencer and Partnership Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with influencers and content creators.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with Inoki’s mission and goals.
Product Development Collaboration
- Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and input based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor analysis.
Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across platforms, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on social media and content ideas, sharing findings and recommendations with the team.
Market Research
- Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms to keep Inoki’s content fresh and relevant.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field.
- Proven ability to create high-quality video and photo content.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
- Experience managing partnerships and influencer relationships.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to translate data into strategy.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
- Bonus: Experience in beauty, wellness, or consumer goods industries.

As our Retail Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our retail expansion. You will be at the forefront of driving the retail strategy and optimizing operations to get us to the next stage of our business. Responsibilities
Project Management/Product
- Work closely with a range of stakeholders to oversee every stage of product and packaging development
- Utilize customer data and behaviours to shape product and packaging strategies
Retail Partnerships
- Oversee all wholesale distribution channels and strategy (retail, trade show, marketplace, e-commerce, etc)
- Conduct cold outreach calls to potential wholesale clients to introduce products and generate leads
- Build and nurture relationships with retail partners, taking the lead in organizing and facilitating meetings to drive mutual success
- Conduct research on the competitive landscape, leveraging insights to refine strategies for product-market fit and competitive positioning
- Proactively identify and resolve potential retailer painpoints to maintain lasting relationships
Finances & Operations
- Track, analyze, and report on the brand's profit and loss statements to provide key insights for strategic decision-making
- Identify and implement operational improvements to align with monthly goals, optimizing processes and resource utilization
- Organize datasets on Excel and leverage data visualization tools to communicate valuable insight
Skills/Success Factors
- Highly analytical and organized person, with experience in conducting research and using Excel, Google Analytics, and Data visualization tools
- Familiar with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong design intuition (familiar with design theory best practices)
- Ability to comfortably communicate and build rapport with external stakeholders
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to operate independently: Although work is delegated through certain projects and tasks that need to be done, a portion of your workload will be self-driven, involving actively suggesting ways to streamline our work processes or enhance areas of improvement.
- Strong growth mindset and highly receptive to feedback: You must have the capacity for regular and heavy amounts of feedback. You’ll be a great fit if you want a depth of experience, as you’ll have the opportunity to be mentored by the founder, who has experience building a 7-figure business.

About the Role:
Your main responsibilities will include:
- packing ingredients
- cleaning up our work space and tools
- folding and preparing packaging and shipping boxes
- packing and fulfilling orders
- maintaining quality control throughout the work processes
We are mainly looking for team members to join us during peak seasons. You can expect to work on and off depending on the demands of our business.
We cannot guarantee you will work minimum hours each week, it can range from 0 days to a few days a week, it depends on business demands. Please keep this in mind when applying.
