Shipping policy

U.S.A. Orders 

U.S. orders receive free shipping on orders over $100 USD. Orders under $100 USD ship at a flat rate of $8 USD.
Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 business days, and arrive within 2-5 business days.


Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We ship U.S. orders from our U.S fulfilment centre, via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. 

Canadian Orders

Canadian orders receive free shipping on orders over $125 CAD. Orders under $125 CAD ship at a flat rate of $12 CAD.
Orders are fulfilled every Tuesday and Wednesday morning (EST), and arrive in 2-4 business days.


Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. Canadian orders ship via Canada Post, CPX (eShipper), Stallion Express, or Chit Chats Express.


For CPX shipments, your tracking link will lead to the CPX page, which will include a Canada Post tracking number once available.

International Orders

We’ve temporarily paused international shipping due to extended transit times and delivery challenges outside of our control. If you have a specific inquiry, please reach out to hello@inokibathhouse.com, we’re always happy to connect.

Order Issues

If you receive damaged items or the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make things right.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you’re unable to locate it, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier with your tracking number for further assistance.

Refund Policy

Please ensure you are certain before submitting your order. All orders placed on inokibathhouse.com are final, including pre-orders.


As part of our Satisfaction Guarantee, if you are unhappy with your bath experience, we can offer a full refund for up to 1 bathing ritual.

Damage / Transit Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. While our packaging may arrive slightly crumbled due to our sustainability choices, we’re always happy to help if something isn’t right. You can read more on this on the Social Mission page.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Parcels

Returned-to-sender or refused parcels will be issued store credit, less original shipping and return shipping costs, provided there was no error on our end.

We take great care in packing and shipping every order. To help your parcel arrive smoothly, we recommend reviewing the notes below before placing your order.

Please Check Your Address

Make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including unit number, buzzer codes, and any delivery instructions. If you’ve recently moved, please double-check your address at checkout - in some cases, Apple Pay may automatically select an older saved address.

Apartments, Condos, Parcel Lockers

Every building handles deliveries a little differently. It’s helpful to know:
 • Whether your lobby or concierge accepts parcels and keeps them safely when you're not home
 • Where carriers typically leave packages
 • How parcel lockers work and where keys or access codes are left


These systems are managed by your building, so understanding how yours works can help prevent delays.

Gifts and PO Boxes

If you’re sending as a gift, please ensure your recipient will be available to receive it. For PO Boxes or pickup locations, parcels must be collected within the carrier’s holding window to avoid return to sender.

Can't locate a delivered package?

If tracking shows delivered but your parcel isn’t immediately visible, we recommend checking with neighbours, shared building areas, parcel lockers, or your front desk, then contacting the carrier in your tracking details for more local information from the driver.
