Shipping & Returns


Our team packs each order with a care and love. Our small team fulfills your orders, working efficiently to maintain a quick turnaround time while also upholding our packaging standards. Please be patient with us as we can only ship once a week 💚

U.S.A & Canada Orders 

We offer a flat rate shipping for USD $8 on all orders under USD $100 (shipping is very expensive for us). Orders take one week to be fulfilled and may take between 2-8 business days to reach the recipient (these are just estimates). 

International Orders

The cost of international shipping will be calculated during checkout.

Please note that we do not charge any applicable taxes or duties imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. Payment of duties and/or taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot control these fees.

Timelines can also take a while (a month for example).

Order Issues

If you experience issues with your order, such as being delivered damaged products or the wrong items, please contact us within one week of the delivery and we will do everything in our power to make things right!

Lost Orders

If your order shows as delivered in our system but you have not received your package, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. 

Refund Policy

You can imagine Inoki Bathhouse like a real bathhouse that provides you a service. If you're unhappy with our service (the bath blend, the curated relaxation experience), then I will issue you a refund. I've personally been working since the age of 14 and I know that money is hard to come by. I would never want you to waste your hard-earned money on an experience that let you down. Email me at if you're unhappy 💚

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. .

Items damaged in transit? We’ll happily provide a replacement or refund. To request a replacement or refund, you can contact us at with your:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Item(s) that were damaged
  • Picture(s) of your damaged products

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Parcels

Returned-to-sender or refused parcels will be issued store credit less initial shipping & return shipping costs, given there was no error made on our end.
