All orders in US receive free shipping on orders over $100 USD, otherwise, shipping will be a flat rate of $8 USD per order. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 10-15 business days (2-3 weeks).
After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS for American orders.
Please note that goods being imported (by you) may be assessed for applicable customs duties, taxes, and charges. It is your responsibility to pay for any duties and taxes.

After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We ship via Canada Post, CPX (eShipper), Stallion Express, or Chit Chats Express for Canadian orders.
For CPX orders, your tracking number will take you to the CPX page, this will include a link to the Canada Post tracking number as well, once one is added.
The cost of international shipping will be calculated during checkout.
Please note that we do not charge any applicable taxes or duties imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. Payment of duties and/or taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot control these fees.
If you experience issues with your order, such as being delivered damaged products or the wrong items, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery and we will do everything in our power to make things right!
If your order shows as delivered in our system but you have not received your package, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
Please ensure you are certain before submitting your order. All orders (including pre-order) on inokibathhouse.com are final.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that the package will likely come a little crumbled, you can read more on this on the Social Mission page where I explain my packaging decisions.
Items damaged in transit? We’ll happily provide a replacement or refund. To request a replacement or refund, you can contact us at email@example.com with your:
- Order Number
- Item(s) that were damaged
- Picture(s) of your damaged products
If approved for a refund via email, we will issue your refund within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Parcels
Returned-to-sender or refused parcels will be issued store credit less initial shipping & return shipping costs, given there was no error made on our end.
