My name is Helen and I'm the founder. As a self-prescribed workaholic, I frequently experience bouts of insomnia, anxiety, and depression. Through an exhausting process of trial and error, the one consistent and reliable remedy I found for my ongoing mental health challenges was taking herbal baths (there’s a ton of science behind the efficacy of baths and aromatherapy for improving mental health).
Inoki Bathhouse exists to help you and your loved ones prioritize your mental well-being and practice intentional self-compassion. Though our bathhouse does not exist in the physical world, we have designed self-care experiences that create a sanctuary of peace within the four walls of your bathroom. I genuinely hope you feel the thought, care, and intention put into each product and experience.

Simply, I loved it. I've always loved baths and bubble baths, but this was another experience. There were many steps but it added to the overall experience. I wanted to share this peaceful experience so I have been gifting it to family and friends for Christmas and their Birthdays. Physically - I could feel the tension slowly easing. My skin felt smooth to the touch due to the oats. Emotionally - invigorated. I felt like I could just spend time to think, feel and process emotions all in the comfort of my own space.
