Product Questions

What's included in the starter set

Tea bath glass jar, two cotton tea bath bags, and our signature bath blend. Depending on the quantity of baths you select, you will either receive one or three baths.

What will I receive after the initial month?

After receiving the starter set, you will receive either one or three signature bath blend(s) selected for you on a rotational basis. You can choose the delivery frequency to be every month or three months.

Can I choose which baths are included?

As a standard practice, we will select baths for you and include new upcoming baths in your next order. However, if you have a special request, we can try to arrange that depending on availability. Please email us 7 days prior to your next billing cycle at hello@inokibathhouse.com

Subscription Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel or pause payments on the subscription in your customer portal 7 days prior to the next billing date.

This can be accessed through the initial email you received confirming your subscription.

When will I get charged for the following billing cycles?

You will get charged on the same day as when you made your initial purchase every month or three months depending on the subscription type you signed up for.

Can I skip the next billing cycle?

Yes, you can skip payments for as many billing cycles as needed.
