Step 1 - Prepare. Grab your tea bath blend and steeping bag to prepare your Taiwanese spa ritual. Each full size kit comes with up to 4 individual uses.
Step 2 - Steep. Boil some water and steep your tea bath blend in a separate bowl for 5 minutes. Head to the Inoki web app here and put some music on from our curated music playlist.
Step 3 - Enjoy. Once ready, pour into your bath and get in! Squeeze the steeping bag to release the aromas, nutrients and colours.

Immediately the calming sweet aroma of the oats, coconut milk power and herbs drew me in. This bath tea came at just the right time. I was exhausted from a long year and needed to intentionally care for myself. I stepped into the tub with confidence that what I was soaking in was earth’s gift to me. The oats provide a silky smooth touch. The soft music was helpful to calm my mind and to focus on relaxing.
