Hi, my name is Helen
I grew up with the rituals of visiting bathhouses - heritage practices where families gathered to find restoration through bathing in healing teas, botanicals, and natural minerals.
These rituals were a sanctuary for the mind and body, a place where time slowed down and the spirit could reset.
