Job Overview

We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Founder, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to transform everyday bathing into a ritual of peace and mindfulness. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for content creation, social media strategy, product launch strategy, and community-building who is eager to make an impact in the wellness and beauty space. In this role, you'll manage the creation of compelling content, nurture our online community, and drive meaningful engagement through strategic social media campaigns and partnerships.

Responsibilities

Content Creation and Management

  • Create and manage high-quality video, photo, and written content for organic social channels. This includes setting up and using a bathtub or bath-related environment (candidates should provide a photo of their setup).
  • Develop innovative and engaging content aligned with Inoki’s brand values and aesthetic.
  • Oversee the content calendar, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment across platforms.

Community Engagement and Growth

  • Manage and grow Inoki’s online community, fostering engagement and meaningful interactions with followers.

Social Media Strategy and Campaigns (Including Email Campaigns)

  • Design and execute creative social media and email campaigns to promote product launches and seasonal promotions.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Influencer and Partnership Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with influencers and content creators.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with Inoki’s mission and goals.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across platforms, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media and content ideas, sharing findings and recommendations with the team.

Market Research

  • Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms to keep Inoki’s content fresh and relevant.

Manage Shopify

  • Run A/B tests to optimize and improve Inoki's e-commerce website

Requirements
  1. 1-2 years experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field.
  2. Proven ability to create high-quality video and photo content.
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
  4. Experience managing partnerships and influencer relationships.
  5. Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to translate data into strategy.
  6. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  7. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
  8. Bonus: Experience in beauty, wellness, or consumer goods industries.

You will be at the forefront of driving the retail strategy and optimizing operations to get us to the next stage of our business. Experience

Responsibilities

Operations & Administrative Support

  • Assist the Operations and Retail Accounts Manager in day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, track inventory levels, and coordinate logistics for product shipments.
  • Organize and document key operational processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency.

Retail Partnerships Support 

  • Provide administrative and strategic support in managing wholesale distribution channels, including retail, trade shows, marketplaces, and e-commerce.
  • Assist with outreach efforts to potential wholesale clients by conducting research and preparing outreach materials.
  • Coordinate meetings with retail partners, ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups.
  • Help resolve retailer inquiries and concerns, providing a high level of service to maintain strong relationships.
