What types of teas are included in the advent calendar?
25 ceremonial-grade green tea, oolong tea, royal flower tea, herbal tea, matcha, and blooming tea sourced from the finest estates.
We do not include “tea blends” like Earl Grey. Instead, we feature premium, organically grown traditional teas.
How much tea is in each serving?
We provide enough tea for an entire pot (2x normal serving size), perfect for sharing with family, re-steeping throughout the day for personal enjoyment, or enjoying across multiple days.
Why is it so expensive?
Many of the ceremonial teas in this calendar are rare - impossible to find at supermarkets or even most tea shops.
Each one required tremendous time, expertise, and resources to cultivate, and we’ve sourced them from the finest estates across Asia. For example, this year’s collection includes an award-winning ceremonial matcha that costs more than twice the price of the leading ceremonial matcha brands used by most North American cafés.
Beyond the quality of the teas themselves, this calendar represents a hand-curated journey of 25 exceptional teas - crafted with significant care and manual effort from our team to bring you a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
Are there any artificial flavors?
None at all. The exquisite flavours are completely natural.
Are the teas individually packaged?
Yes, each loose leaf tea is individually sealed to preserve its freshness and flavour until you’re ready to enjoy it.
Is it caffeine-free?
Flower teas are caffeine-free, but all other teas have varying levels of caffeine.
In general, green tea has less caffeine and contains L-theanine, which slows absorption and promotes calm, giving smooth energy without jitters.
Most of the teas in our advent calendar contain either low, moderate, or high caffeine. We will communicate this information in our steeping guide.
When will my advent calendar be shipped?
Calendars will begin shipping mid December, ensuring they arrive by December 23rd.
Can I send this as a gift directly to someone else?
Yes, you can enter the recipient’s address at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest. You also have the option to include a personalized gift message.
What is your return policy?
