Step 1 - Prepare. Grab your tea bath blend and steeping bag to prepare your Nordic spa ritual. Each full size kit comes with up to 4 individual uses.
Step 2 - Steep. Boil some water and steep your tea bath blend in a separate bowl for 5 minutes. Head to the Inoki web app here and put some music on from our curated music playlist.
Step 3 - Enjoy. Once ready, pour into your bath and get in! Squeeze the steeping bag to release the aromas, nutrients and colours.
